We offer free shipping on all orders $10000 and above to all eligible regions within the United States. Orders below $10000 may be subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping & Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your order as fast as possible. Standard estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted national carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier for your order will be selected based on your location and the size or weight of your order.
5. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 US states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in our products, please contact us at info@ultimatetoolshub.com.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Please keep all original packaging and take photos of any damage — this helps us process your claim faster.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away at info@ultimatetoolshub.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address and will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Ultimate Tools Hub is not responsible for delays caused by:
